No general ledger, no payroll, no tax accounting, no invoicing engine. Revecta hands off a priced, approved, documented record -- your accounting software still does the actual billing and books.
A focused layer, not a replacement
The one thing Revecta owns end to end: capturing extra work in the field, pricing it, sending it for customer approval, and keeping an audit trail of the whole path -- so that record exists before it ever reaches a PM tool or a general ledger.
Who this fits
- ✓Specialty contractors already running Procore, another PM platform, or none at all for scheduling and submittals -- Revecta doesn't touch that layer.

Does Revecta integrate directly with Procore?
There is no built Procore integration today. Revecta is designed to coexist alongside Procore (or any PM platform) rather than replace it -- teams typically run both, with Revecta owning the field-to-billing trail for extra and changed work specifically.
Does Revecta push data into QuickBooks or another accounting system?
There is no built accounting-system integration today. Revecta produces a priced, approved, documented record (a Proof-of-Work PDF, a change order with its full status history) that a team can hand to their accounting workflow -- the actual invoicing and bookkeeping stay in the accounting system.
Why not just track extra work inside Procore or our accounting software?
Those tools weren't built for the specific field-capture-to-customer-approval loop -- offline-capable mobile capture, a rate-table-driven T&M ticket, a no-login customer review link, a deterministic Recovery Engine watching for stalled work. Revecta is purpose-built for that one loop; the PM and accounting tools stay the systems of record they already are.
Is a direct integration planned?
Not something to claim here speculatively -- if and when a direct integration ships, it will be documented plainly, the same way every other capability on this site is described only once it's actually built.
